Overview
D010B Vacuum Desicator/ drying oven is used to dry, bake and preheat various materials or specimen by hot air circulation method to uniform the temperature distribution. It is design for all kinds of textile’s perspiration resistance color fastness drying test, matching D009 Perspiration Tester using.
It can provide a stable test space for pre-heating, drying, changes about physics and chemistry testing . It supply precision temperature controller with high stability of platinum resistance to temperature that makes temperature well-distribution.

Operation
Place sample
Put the articles to be dried into the drying cabinet, close well the door.
Turn on the air door adjusting knob
Turn the damper adjustment knob to the open position,Turn on the power.
Setting parameters
The power indicator light lights up and figures appear on the temperature control instrument. Select the required set temperature.
Instrument heating up
Instrument heating up,Under usual conditions, after heating for 90 minutes, the temperature control will be the constant temperature state.
Choose different drying times
Choose different drying times according to the humidity of different items. If the items to be dried are moist, you can turn the damper adjustment knob to the "three" position to discharge the moist air in the cabinet.
Take out the sample
When the drying process being over, if not to immediately take the articles out, first turn the air door adjusting knob to close the air door, or let open the air door and move the power switch to “OFF”, then opening the cabinet door immediately to take out articles.
