Overview
Used to measure growth, elongation and recovery (load and elongation) of low elastic knitted fabrics. That is to say, under certain conditions, the length of the sample after a certain amount of load is measured, and the tension is applied to the sample within a certain period of time, and the difference between the length after removed the tension and the original length. Operation
Connecting the air supply
Connect the air supply to the instrument.
Add distilled water
Connect tube from the freestanding funnel to the water connector located at the back right-hand corner of the SST unit. Add distilled water.
Put in filte
Unscrew the screws and remove the top plate,Take away the reflector.
Put in filter.
Install the xenon lamp
Install the xenon lamp and connect the lamp cabler.Replace the top cover and tighten the set screws.
Mount the sample
Mount the sample on the sample clamp.
BPT Sampling
Place the sample into the test chamber and close the door.Be careful to avoid covering the BPT sensor.
