Overview
This tester is suitable for testing the flammability of all kinds of textiles.
Suitable for the determination of vertical flame spread performance of fabrics with one or more components (coating, slit, multilayer, interlayer products and similar combinations), curtain hangings and large tents including awnings and door covers;
Suitable for determination of burning time of textile fabric with pile on surface (such as pile, ring, tufted or similar surface);
Suitable for testing the flammability of all kinds of single-layer or multi-layer fabrics (such as coating, quilting, interlining and similar combinations) in the vertical direction.Application

Operation
Connecting the air supply
Connect the air supply to the instrument.
Add distilled water
Connect tube from the freestanding funnel to the water connector located at the back right-hand corner of the SST unit. Add distilled water.
Put in filte
Unscrew the screws and remove the top plate,Take away the reflector.
Put in filter.
Install the xenon lamp
Install the xenon lamp and connect the lamp cabler.Replace the top cover and tighten the set screws.
Mount the sample
Mount the sample on the sample clamp.
BPT Sampling
Place the sample into the test chamber and close the door.Be careful to avoid covering the BPT sensor.
