Footwear Testing Equipment

Akron Abrasion Tester combines with balance to use. Designed to test the abrasion resistance property of shoe sole, tire which is made of rubber and elastic materials. 

Mount the finished shoes on test machine, add a certain depth of water into tank to touch shoes. It drive forward forefoot of shoes to bend at a certain angle and frequency, so as to simulate people wear the shoes walking in the water. Test the needed bending times for water penetrate from shoes outside to inside or test water penetrate area under specified test times or bending times.

Simulating vamp flexing state during person wear shoes. Fix samples on the V shape of fixtures and fixtures do relative motion to make two fixtures close to each other and samples flex. During testing, fixture do uniform motion, samples are flexed repeatedly, evaluate sample breakage or desalination phenomenon.

The screw hole of the fuselage is equipped with three screw rods, the upper end of the screw rod is equipped with hand wheel, the lower end of the screw rod is equipped with sliding shaft, the upper end is tightened by spring, and the lower end can be replaced by different type of cutter.When rotating the hand wheel, the three-headed screw can drive the cutter by sliding shaft, which can make reciprocating motion to achieve the purpose of cutting the test piece.

This system ensures that the thickness is being measured under the same controlled conditions for each sample. To measure the thickness of any sample, lift the deadweight by operating the lever and insert the material between the anvil and the presser foot. Lower the deadweight using the same lever.
