Recently, UTSTESTER organized a team-building activity - experience the traditional tie-dyeing technique. This activity enriched the cultural life of employees, enhanced teamwork ability, and also contributed to the inheritance and promotion of China's excellent traditional culture.

At the event, a professional tie-dyeing teacher first introduced the historical origins, process characteristics and basic operation methods of tie-dyeing in detail. As a traditional and unique dyeing process in my country, tie-dyeing has a colorful and ever-changing artistic charm that amazed employees and inspired everyone's strong creative enthusiasm.

Under the guidance of the teacher, the partners practiced and creatively designed the white cloth by folding, bundling, clamping and other methods, and then immersed it in the carefully prepared dye. With the penetration and smudge of the dye, a unique tie-dye work gradually appeared. Each work contains the employees' wonderful ideas and unique understanding of beauty. The atmosphere on the scene was warm and cheerful.
