The dinner was held at Shanye Nianxiang, a restaurant renowned for its Yunnan and Guizhou cuisine. The restaurant's southwestern decor added a rich atmosphere to the gathering. At the outset, a series of delicious dishes, each visually appealing and fragrant, were served. The first dish to catch everyone's attention was the Guizhou Sour Soup. After tasting it, employee Xiaolin raved, "This sour soup hotpot is so authentic! The broth has just the right amount of sourness, and the meat is incredibly tender. In addition to sour soup hotpot, Yunnan's freshly pounded hotpot is also a popular dish. The chef hand-crushes fresh wild fruits and meticulously simmers them into a golden, translucent sour broth.
